Shipping Information

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after payment has been received.

• DHL parcel within Germany: 6 €
• DHL parcel within Europe (EU): 15 €
• DHL international parcel: from 18 € (exact price shown at checkout)

Important information for international orders:

• If the buyer refuses to accept the package, fails to collect it from the post office, or refuses to pay any customs fees, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred by the return shipment.
• All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
